Caller Read Aloud - is free and as the name suggests would read the name of the contact that is calling.
Let your ears do the working while you are engaged in something else as you do not have to turn and look into the device to find out who is calling but simply hear and decide.
Caller Read Aloud would also read out the name of the SMS sender and the contents of the SMS if you configured.
Please bear in mind that Caller Read Aloud uses text content-to-speech engine to speak out the contacts or SMS.
This means you will need this to be installed.
In case your phone has not come preinstalled with any text-to-speech then you can always install one from Google Play store.
